Your registration and/or accommodation requests cannot be confirmed before your bank receipt reaches us or your payment is transferred to our account. Thank you for your understanding.

Please fill up ONLINE REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION form and choose CREDIT CARD at the last step. Your registration and/or accommodation requests can only be confirmed before upon your application is received together with the necessary payment.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations received before or on 5 May 2023 will be refunded, excluding bank transfer costs.
- For cancellations made after 5 May 2023 no refund is applicable. A refund will be made, excluding bank transfer costs, in case of cancellation of registration depending on the acceptance status of the abstract submission upon the notifications.
- All of the payments will be paid after the symposium.
